Website and product information
These terms apply to your use of shabla.in and orders arranged directly with Shabla Wellness. Product names, pack sizes and displayed MRPs are provided for reference. Check the current product label for ingredients, allergens, directions, expiry and storage instructions.
Orders, prices and payment
Adding products to the cart or sending a WhatsApp message is an order request, not a completed purchase. Our team confirms availability, final price, shipping charges, delivery details and payment arrangements before accepting an order. The cart does not take online payments. Amazon and Flipkart purchases follow the respective marketplace’s terms.
Cancellation
Request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order and before dispatch. Both conditions must be met. Contact namaste@shabla.in or WhatsApp +91 90268 02802 with your order reference. Marketplace cancellations follow the respective marketplace’s rules.
Responsible use
Website information is general product information, not medical advice. We do not promise that products diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Do not replace prescribed treatment with a herbal product. Consult a qualified clinician before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, buying for a child, taking medication or managing a health condition.
Delivery and eligible returns
Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days, subject to pin code and courier conditions. Report defective products within 7 days of delivery. Read our Shipping & Returns Policy for eligibility and support details. Your statutory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.

Website text, branding and images must not be reused without permission except where permitted by law. External services are operated independently; their availability, prices and terms may change.
